About Eddy

Eddy Shigley is the founder of Doulos Leadership Group and has spent over two decades serving the Church as a pastor, mentor, and leadership coach. His teaching is rooted in Scripture, shaped by pastoral experience, and focused on forming servant leaders who reflect the heart and character of Jesus. Eddy is known for his calm presence, biblical clarity, and ability to speak into the real challenges pastors, families, and leaders face today with wisdom and grace.

Eddy speaks regularly to churches, camps, retreats, leadership gatherings, and conferences, addressing topics such as spiritual formation, servant leadership, marriage and family life, parenting, and pastoral health. Whether preaching on a Sunday morning or leading a retreat, Eddy’s aim is to help people encounter Christ, grow in maturity, and live out their faith with conviction and humility.
